These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and Jason Alexander Counselling Services regarding the counselling services provided. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
offers counselling services for individuals aged 18 and above. Services may be delivered in person, online, or via telephone, depending on the client’s preference and therapist availability.
3. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential, and your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance Policy. However, confidentiality may be broken in the following situations:
If there is a risk of serious harm to you or others.
If there is a legal requirement to disclose (e.g., safeguarding concerns, court orders).
If you provide explicit consent for your information to be shared.
4. Session Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments can be booked via [Booking System/Email/Phone].
A minimum of **24 hours **notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of £55/75.
5. Fees and Payment
Session fees will be communicated before booking.

Recording of sessions is not permitted without mutual agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Engage in sessions in good faith and with respect for the process.
Refrain from attending sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Maintain a respectful and safe communication environment.
8. Therapist Responsibilities
The therapist agrees to:
Provide a safe, professional, and ethical counselling service.
Maintain appropriate boundaries and professional conduct.
Keep records securely and in line with data protection policies.
9. Complaints and Feedback
If you have concerns about the service, you may raise them by contacting [my Contact Information]. If unresolved, you can escalate the complaint to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
10. Termination of Services
Either party may choose to terminate counselling services at any time. Where possible, a planned ending will be encouraged for therapeutic closure.
11. Liability Disclaimer
Counselling is a supportive process, but results cannot be guaranteed.
Jason Alexander Counselling Services is not responsible for decisions made by the client based on therapy discussions.
Clients are encouraged to seek additional professional support where necessary (e.g., medical or legal advice).
12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms as required. Any changes will be communicated via Website, Email, etc.
